The premise

For homeowners who'd rather not keep a list.

House Care is a standing relationship, not a one-off booking. Each month a Wallace pro shows up at the same time, with a running list of small things that need doing — paint touch-ups, drywall patches, hinges that aren't sitting right, the caulk in the master bath that's seen better days.

It's the same person, same standard, same time of month. After a few visits we know your house. You stop thinking about the small list because someone's already on it.

House Care customers also get priority on bigger Project Work — if something comes up that's outside the standing visit, you text us and we slot it in.

How it works

We walk through together.

Free 30-minute walk-through. We talk through what bugs you about your house. You don't have to know what to ask for — we've seen it.

We set the cadence.

Pick a recurring window (e.g. second Tuesday of every month, or two half-days per quarter). Predictable, on the calendar, never a guess.

We start showing up.

Each visit knocks out the running list. New things you noticed since last time? Just text. Standing visits make the small stuff disappear.

Is there a long-term commitment?

No. Month to month. Cancel anytime. We'd rather earn the relationship than lock it in.

What if my list is empty in a month?

Then we won't show up that month. We'll text and confirm before each visit. Easy.

How do you handle pricing on House Care?

Time-banded — a half-day window per month or larger if your house calls for it. Fixed monthly rate, agreed up front. Bigger items outside the visit are scoped as Project Work.

How do payments work?

50% to confirm the project, 50% when the work is complete. Card on file with Stripe; you confirm each charge with a single text. We never see card numbers.

What areas do you cover?

Nashville and the surrounding metro. If you're nearby and not sure, just text and ask.

What if I'm not happy with something?

Tell us within 30 days and we'll come back and fix it. Matthew is accountable for every job — that line never gets handed off.
