We respect your privacy. This page describes the data Wallace Paint Co collects when you contact us or hire us for a project, why we collect it, and what we do (and don’t do) with it. Plain language, no fine print.
What we collect
- Contact info you give us — name, phone, email, address.
- Project info you share — descriptions and photos of the work you’d like done.
- Payment info — handled and stored by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
- Communication history — texts, emails, and call records related to your project.
How we use it
- To answer your questions and send estimates.
- To complete the work you’ve hired us for.
- To send you transactional updates about your project (scheduling, payment confirmations, completion notes).
- To send the occasional helpful follow-up. You can opt out anytime.
What we don’t do
- We don’t sell your data. Ever.
- We don’t share your information with anyone outside the people directly working on your project.
- We don’t text or call you for marketing if you’ve opted out (reply STOP to any text from us).
Service providers we use
We use trusted third parties to run the service. Each has its own privacy practices:
- Twilio — text messaging.
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Firebase / Google — data storage and authentication.
- Resend — transactional email.
- Vercel — hosting.
- Cloudflare — DNS and email forwarding.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text from us to opt out of SMS.
- Email matthew@wallacepaintco.com to request your data, update it, or delete it.
