By using wallacepaintco.com or hiring Wallace Paint Co for a project, you agree to these terms. If something here doesn’t make sense, just ask.
The work
We provide painting and small-repair services for residential properties in the Nashville metro area. The specific scope, schedule, and price for each project are spelled out in the estimate we send you.
Payments
We collect a 50% deposit when you approve an estimate, and the remaining 50% when the work is complete. Payment is processed through Stripe, which handles your card information securely. By approving a charge (e.g. by replying PAY to a text from us), you authorize us to charge the card on file for the specified amount.
Cancellation
You can cancel a project any time before work begins; we’ll refund any deposit minus actual costs incurred (typically zero unless materials have been ordered). Once work has started, cancellation is handled case-by-case.
Workmanship guarantee
If something we did isn’t right, tell us within 30 days and we’ll come back and fix it at no charge. Wear and tear, damage from outside our work, and changes you’ve made to the area afterward are not covered.
Limits
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the work in question. We’re not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
Texts and calls
By giving us your number, you consent to receive texts and calls from us about your project. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. We’ll let you know about meaningful changes.
