The premise
For one-off jobs — a room, a hallway, a punch list.
Most Project Work gets scoped without us coming out. Text us four photos and a couple sentences about what you're thinking, and we send back a number — usually within a few hours during business days.
Bigger jobs we want to walk through together. Either way, you get a fixed price up front. No hourly creep, no "while we were in there." If we find something unexpected once work starts, we tell you, send a number, and let you decide.
When you approve, we put it on the schedule and tell you the day. When we say Tuesday, we mean Tuesday. The work gets done; you pay by text; you have a Wallace pro and Matthew's number on file the whole way.

On the day we said. Cleaner when we leave than when we got there. 50% to schedule, 50% on completion — both by reply text.

How quickly can you get to my project?
Most small and medium jobs we can start within 5–10 days of an approved estimate. Larger projects depend on scope. We'll always tell you straight what to expect.
Do you do exterior painting?
Not currently. We focus on interior work and small repairs to do them really well. Happy to refer you to someone good for exterior projects.
Can I get an estimate without you coming out?
For most small and medium projects, yes — text us photos and a description and we'll send a number. For larger jobs we usually want to walk through it together. Either way, the walk-through is free.
How do payments work?
50% to confirm the project, 50% when the work is complete. Card on file with Stripe; you confirm each charge with a single text. We never see card numbers.
What areas do you cover?
Nashville and the surrounding metro. If you're nearby and not sure, just text and ask.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes — fully licensed and insured. Happy to send certificates on request.
